KFS Scholarship

Kennebec Federal Savings created the KFS Scholarship Program to provide financial assistance to high school seniors who graduate from the Mid-Maine Technical Center and plan to attend a college, university, or technical school in their field of study at MMTC.

This year, eight (8) applicants were selected to receive scholarships to pursue 2 or 4 year degrees in their course of study at Mid-Maine Technical Center.

The amount of each scholarship is determined each year. For 2017, each scholarship was $500.

The scholarships are paid directly to the student's college at the completion of the first semester of the freshman year, providing they have attained a GPA of 2.5 or greater and the candidate continues his/her formal education in the second semester.

Congratulations to the 2017 Scholarship Winners!
